Answers That Build Trust in Every Step
We provide clear, transparent answers to client questions, ensuring confidence and trust throughout every project stage.
What is a Novatio modular home, and how is it different from traditional construction?
Each home is prefabricated in our factory under controlled conditions, then delivered ready to install — which means faster timelines, more consistent quality, and far less disruption on your site than conventional construction.
How long does it take from order to a finished, installed home?
Most projects are ready in a few weeks to a few months, depending on the model and site preparation. Because factory fabrication and on-site groundwork run in parallel, it is significantly faster than a traditional build.
Are your homes built and certified for the Quebec climate?
Yes. Every model is engineered for harsh Nordic winters with high-performance insulation and built to the applicable Canadian standards. All of our homes are proudly designed in Quebec.
How are the homes delivered and installed on my site?
The modules are transported by truck and set in place by crane on a prepared foundation. Depending on the model they arrive fully finished or as a kit, with assembly handled by our team or certified partners.
Can I customize the layout, finishes, and options?
Absolutely. Floor plans, interior finishes, and add-ons such as solar power, off-grid systems, and rooftop terraces can be tailored to your needs. Contact us and we will help you spec the right configuration and provide a quote.
